Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 0β4 years of relevant work experience (internships, legal assistant roles, or compliance experience preferred)
- Strong interest in the legal and regulatory landscape surrounding telecommunications and privacy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and documentation of company-wide compliance initiatives and internal policies
- Assist in the review and tracking of customer due diligence (KYC) documentation and audits
- Monitor updates to federal and state telemarketing, privacy, and consumer protection laws (e.g., TCPA, CCPA)
- Prepare compliance materials for internal trainings and client onboarding
- Maintain and update compliance records, training logs, and audit files
- Assist with the intake and resolution tracking of compliance complaints and traceback requests
- Help draft internal reports, presentations, and regulatory documentation
- Support internal communication of compliance policy changes across departments
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to promote compliance-aligned activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with TCPA, STIR/SHAKEN, or industry traceback procedures
- Prior experience in SaaS or contact center operations
- Experience preparing compliance reports or regulatory filings
