You will implement and document company-wide compliance initiatives, review customer due diligence documentation, monitor regulatory updates, and prepare compliance materials. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0–4 years of relevant work experience (internships, legal assistant roles, or compliance experience preferred)
  • Strong interest in the legal and regulatory landscape surrounding telecommunications and privacy
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and documentation of company-wide compliance initiatives and internal policies
  • Assist in the review and tracking of customer due diligence (KYC) documentation and audits
  • Monitor updates to federal and state telemarketing, privacy, and consumer protection laws (e.g., TCPA, CCPA)
  • Prepare compliance materials for internal trainings and client onboarding
  • Maintain and update compliance records, training logs, and audit files
  • Assist with the intake and resolution tracking of compliance complaints and traceback requests
  • Help draft internal reports, presentations, and regulatory documentation
  • Support internal communication of compliance policy changes across departments
  • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to promote compliance-aligned activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with TCPA, STIR/SHAKEN, or industry traceback procedures
  • Prior experience in SaaS or contact center operations
  • Experience preparing compliance reports or regulatory filings
