Compliance Expert

Summary

Scalable Capital is a leading digital investment platform in Europe that enables people to invest easily and affordably. The company was founded in 2014 and has over 500 employees at locations in Germany, the UK, France, Spain, and Austria. The Compliance team member will strengthen the Compliance team by supporting its day-to-day operations, new projects, internal audits, and regulatory oversight. They will work closely with other departments such as Product, Client Services, Marketing, Operations, and Trading to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Have completed a law, economics, or comparable degree
• Have already gained experience in the Compliance field, ideally in a regulated company
• Bring interest in general Compliance and Capital Market Compliance issues
• Have a systematic, independent, and practical working style
• Be reliable, trustworthy, and team-oriented
• Speak fluent German (minimum C1 level) and English

Responsibilities

• Strengthen the Compliance team in its day-to-day operations, new projects, internal audits, and regulatory oversight
• Work closely with other departments such as Product, Client Services, Marketing, Operations, and Trading to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
