Requirements

• Have experience with employment law, data privacy and compliance
• Be comfortable with a fast paced remote environment
• Act as an enabler for cross functional teams
• Have a legal background with a focus on employment law, data privacy and cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Conduct due diligence reviews for vendor agreements, internal processes, and current compliance stance
• Audit Feeld’s compliance measures and provide guidance and improvements as deemed necessary
• Assist the Privacy Counsel in DPIA’s, SCC’s, vendor agreements, and other contractual related matters
• Assist cross functional teams with vendor management, contract renewals, and negotiations
• Provide legal guidance on employment related matters

Preferred Qualifications

• Have law firm or in-house experience in Data Privacy
• Have worked in a fast paced legal environment
• Have or will have acquired IAPP CIPP certifications
