Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT management, system administration, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise software
  • Experience managing IT operations in a remote work environment
  • Proficiency in network security, data management, and IT compliance
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and collaboration tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and technical support skills
  • Ability to stay up to date with emerging technology trends and security threats

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the firm’s IT infrastructure, including cloud-based systems, cybersecurity protocols, and software applications
  • Implement and maintain security policies to protect company data and prevent cyber threats
  • Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing support to remote employees
  • Manage and integrate business software (CRM, project management tools, applicant tracking systems, etc.)
  • Develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices for system management, security, and compliance
  • Oversee network administration, system updates, and software license management
  • Work closely with leadership to assess technology needs and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and security
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry best practices
  • Manage relationships with third-party IT vendors and service providers
  • Support technology onboarding and training for new employees

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree or certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, or PMP
