Business Development Manager - Information Security

Summary

Join Nagarro, a leading German IT full-service provider, as a IT Security Consultant. Strategically manage and monitor compliance with overarching and individual customer security requirements. Advise clients on the design, further development, and sustainable optimization of tailored information security guidelines. Take responsibility for risk management, considering company-wide and customer-specific compliance and security standards. Plan and conduct audits, and evaluate and monitor the implementation of security-relevant measures directly with our clients. Establish and promote a holistic security culture within complex customer organizations. Provide expert support and enablement of employees through targeted training, individual coaching, and operational support in the practical implementation of security policies.

Requirements

• Completed studies in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification with at least 7 years of professional experience in the IT environment, of which at least 5 years in the IT security sector
• Sound knowledge of the ISO/IEC 27000 series of standards; ideally with corresponding certification
• Pronounced analytical skills, initiative, customer orientation and openness to technological developments
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form as well as willingness to travel within Germany

Responsibilities

• Advise our clients on the design, further development, and sustainable optimization of customized information security guidelines
• Responsibility for risk management, taking into account company-wide and customer-specific compliance and security standards
• Planning and execution of audits as well as evaluation and follow-up of the implementation of security-relevant measures directly at our customers
• Establishment and promotion of a holistic security culture within complex customer organizations
• Professional support and empowerment of employees through targeted training, individual coaching and operational support in the practical implementation of security policies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the operation of data centers and/or hyperscalers (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is advantageous. Deep understanding of IT architectures, business processes and IT service management (ITIL, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701)
