Summary
Join our team as a Technical Configuration Lead and take responsibility for delivering high-quality XML configurations based on customer requirements. This role combines hands-on work with structured data and technical leadership of a small team (4β6 people). You will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting business requirements, writing clean XML configurations, preparing and maintaining structured CSV datasets, validating the technical quality of configurations, providing guidance and support to team members, and ensuring alignment across the team. This role requires a developer's mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical role involving work with structured data (XML, CSV, configuration, or similar)
- Background in software development or computer science (formal education or practical experience)
- Understanding of programming principles (preferably in .NET or similar language)
- Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
- Ability to work with formal specifications
- Ability to learn new business domains and work with technical documentation independently
- At least an Intermediate level of English. Upper-Intermediate is preferred, as you will be working with the UK-based Customer
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret business requirements provided by clients
- Write clean, well-structured XML configurations
- Prepare and maintain structured CSV datasets for testing or configuration purposes
- Validate the technical quality of configurations delivered by the team
- Provide guidance and support to team members (4β6 people), ensuring consistency and accuracy
- Communicate effectively with developers and the Customer's technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment across the team
- Pay close attention to detail, edge cases, and domain-specific logic
