Summary
Join dLocal's Consolidation & Reporting team as a Consolidation Accountant and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting to support strategic decision-making. You will work with large volumes of financial data, collaborating across teams to ensure IFRS and internal control compliance. This role requires a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong consolidation and multi-currency reporting experience. You will prepare and support monthly financial statement consolidation, contribute to quarterly and annual closing processes, and deliver financial analysis and management reports. Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3โ5 years of experience in financial reporting or consolidation; experience at a Big Four firm is a strong plus
- Proven expertise in multi-currency consolidation and international reporting
- Solid understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Strong command of IFRS; experience with SEC reporting is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Prepare and support the monthly consolidation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Contribute to quarterly and annual closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial submissions to the SEC
- Deliver financial analysis and management reports that inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and support throughout audit cycles
- Drive process improvements across consolidation and reporting functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with tools like Power BI, SAP, and LucaNet is a plus
