Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in Hybrid Fiber Coaxial and Construction
- Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills
- Able to effectively handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize and complete assignments accurately and in a timely manner
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word
- Ability to demonstrate an understand the fundamentals of Communications construction required
- Must be able to work alone, and with a team
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
Responsibilities
- Manage & Track Milestones
- Create jobs
- Issue Jobs to design
- Manage job through full lifecycle updating milestones
- Reconcile jobs
- Liaise with Stakeholders Point of contact for all internal Customers cross functional groups
- Provide reporting for next level management
- Identify Resources Create and approve funding request
- Material management and reconciliation
- Research contracts and agreements
- Manage funding request/purchase order
- Responsible for job estimate
- Manage and Analyze Quality control Flow Manage quality control workflow
- Validate that the field quality control is performed
- Pull reports/provide feedback based on analysis of reports
- Interact with other roles, including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones have been closed
- Conduct admin and Milestone Quality Control Follow admin and Milestone Quality Control
- Validate permit is closed
- Final invoice milestone is set
- Close jobs
- Escalate any project related issues that may impact completion and/or customer satisfaction
- Other duties as required
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate would have the ability to work with minimal supervision as well as being a successful team player, have outstanding communications skills and experience in Telecommunication with Construction background as well
