Summary

Join our team as a Construction Project Manager and play a key role in supporting and scaling our renovation operations. You will work closely with the Director of Construction, providing end-to-end project coordination and administrative support across multiple active construction projects. Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, coordinating trade partners, assisting with materials procurement, and tracking project metrics. This position requires proven experience in construction project management, advanced proficiency with BuilderTrend and Microsoft Office Suite, and strong communication and leadership skills. Experience with residential renovation projects and familiarity with green building practices are preferred. This is a remote, full-time position with flexible hours within the US time zone.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop Gantt charts and schedules to manage project timelines
  • Create estimates, budgets, and material/labor take-offs
  • Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids
  • Manage trade partner contracts, W9s, and insurance documents
  • Process invoices and coordinate timely payments
  • Support kickoff and progress meetings
  • Maintain project specifications and selection sheets
  • Generate work and purchase orders
  • Manage punch lists and construction closeout documentation
  • Code and categorize transactions
  • Assist with draw requests and lien release waivers
  • Source, order, and track construction materials
  • Build relationships with vendors for cost-effective procurement
  • Identify mission-aligned labor and supplier resources
  • Assist with permit processing and coordination with regulatory agencies
  • Track KPIs and identify recurring construction issues
  • Conduct safety and quality inspections
  • Maintain site safety procedures and reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with residential renovation projects is preferred
  • Familiarity with green building practices is a plus
