Summary

You will manage project documentation, schedules, and costs, ensuring smooth workflow and communication. Construction experience or APM experience is preferred. Requirements

  • Associates/Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or currently pursuing for CO-OP students). Or equivalent workplace experience
  • Strong understanding of construction principles and practices (through coursework or prior experience)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google sheets, Docs, Slides
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Assist with subcontractor bidding, contract organization, and managing essential documentation
  • Prepare, track, and process change orders, and support the billing process by gathering documentation and preparing invoices
  • Facilitate smooth project workflow, maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, and assist with meeting minutes and correspondence
  • Maintain comprehensive project files, including contracts, drawings, specifications, submittals, and daily reports
  • Help develop, update, and monitor project schedules, identify potential delays, and support overall project planning
  • Assist with site inspections, monitor project costs, and help identify potential budget overruns
  • Help identify project risks and support project closeout activities, including punch lists and warranty documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Monday.com , Asana) is a plus. Specifically we use Notion and Wrike
