Summary

Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a judicial or notary clerk, notary assistant, notary manager, legal specialist (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a notary's office or law firm
- Enthusiasm for innovative IT solutions and complex legal issues
- Basic technical understanding and interest in digital work processes
- Practical experience in handling notary software and in the area of electronic legal communication
- Communication skills and a convincing, professional appearance as well as structured, independent and customer-oriented work style
- Good IT skills, especially in handling Microsoft Word
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills desirable
- Willingness to occasionally travel within Germany
Responsibilities
- Analyze workflows in notaries in close cooperation with our clients
- Introduce our modern notary software to new clients (remotely and on-site)
- Identify and highlight improvement potential through the targeted use of the software
- Implement and optimize workflows in the software
- Support in developing solutions and optimization potential
- Conduct training for users (remotely and on-site)
- Interface between clients and product management to pass on requirements and feedback in a targeted manner
- Contribute to the technical design and continuous development of the software
