Requirements

• First successful experience in CRM environment
• Strong motivation to participate in the success of complex projects
• Excellent agility of mind, rigor and strong analytical capacity
• Obtention or preparation of a first certification Salesforce highly recommended
• English fluent

Responsibilities

• Implement modules CRM de Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ & Billing, Einstein Analytics, Mulesoft) responding to client business processes
• Participate in cadrage, animation of workshops and formalization of client needs
• Write specifications functional, configure and parameterize solutions
• Participate in phases of tests, recipes and deployment of applications
