You will work with a team of problem solvers to assist multi-billion-dollar companies in resolving complex financial issues. Responsibilities include managing all phases of transformation program lifecycles, supervising and mentoring a team of consultants, and building strong stakeholder relationships. This hybrid or remote position requires a Bachelor's degree, 6+ years of O2C experience, and 1+ year of people and program management experience. Up to 40% travel is expected. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field
  • 6+ years of full-life cycle O2C strategy, design and implementation projects, including process, technology enablement, delivery model/organizational design, controls, data and other aspects of the Finance Operating Model as applied to O2C
  • Business process knowledge in areas including customer onboarding, credit, revenue recognition, invoicing, payment portals, collections, deductions (trade & non-trade) and cash application
  • General project management and management consulting knowledge, including strong stakeholder management and executive communications, tactical prowess in Excel and PowerPoint and general problem-solving ability in partially- or undefined situations
  • 1+ years of people and program management experience
  • Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team of problem solvers with strong O2C consulting experience to help Finance executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems, from strategy through execution
  • Manage all phases of transformation program life-cycles day-to-day under the guidance of a project director, including current state diagnostics, future state strategy & vision, recommendation development, design, implementation & realization of transformation program outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support in their professional development and project execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, addressing escalations autonomously and identifying additional business development opportunities within O2C

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, MBA, CFA and/or other Finance-based certifications including Six Sigma and/or Project Management Professional certification
  • Experience supporting business development activities, including RFP responses, pursuit development, project resource modeling
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities/ projects
  • Experience in developing executive-level presentations to communicate complex issues and recommendations across processes, systems, and people
