Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
  • Good planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, and rapid change
  • Clarifies and responds to day-to-day data request in a timely manner
  • Experience in manipulating data sets, and applying statistical modeling/algorithms & data science techniques is a plus
  • Working closely with the cross functional team to set up necessary metrics, reports and process for use cases to drive effective decision making
  • Experience in at least 1 analytics toolkit (Excel, SQL, R, Python, SAS, etc.) and at least 1 visualizing data tool (Tableau, Powerbi, QuickBi, R, ect)

About The Role

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Design and review measurement framework for sales marketing use cases across Media, CRM, Ecommerce, RGM and other related business areas.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance through analytics approach to verify business value and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Apply advanced statistical techniques, develop statistical models, run A/B testing to identify business impact and attribution, and build and benchmark metrics.
  • Extract data from large-scale datasets and multiple platforms to explore patterns and recommend performance analytics approach.

Competences & Skills

We look for students graduating in 2025 who display initiative, intuition, and creativity with a strong problem solving and analytical mindset.

We do not require specific academic majors or industry experience and look for diversity of experience and skills.

We value extracurricular activities and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of your studies.

Willing to focusing on Digital & Media & CRM Analytics / Measurement.
