Join DentalPlans.com as a Consumer Data Insight Analyst and drive strategic growth by leveraging data-driven insights. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable analyses that enhance member acquisition, engagement, and retention. Develop dashboards, forecasts, and predictive models to uncover key insights across the customer lifecycle. Translate business needs into analytical solutions that guide strategy and execution. Analyze acquisition, sales, engagement, retention, and operational performance to identify opportunities for optimization. This role requires a blend of technical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a business or data analyst, preferably with a digitally focused, direct to consumer subscription-based model
  • Naturally curious and insight-driven, with a passion for leveraging data in innovative ways to improve customer outcomes and drive business growth
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, R and/or statistical modeling and forecasting within complex data environments
  • Experienced in designing and executing experimental testing methodologies (i.e. A/B and incrementality tests) to measure the impact of product, marketing, and operational changes
  • Skilled at translating business needs into data requirements, key metrics, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making
  • Experienced with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and data visualization tools like Domo, Report Builder, or similar BI tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex findings into clear, actionable presentations
  • Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and levels
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining quality and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Analyze acquisition, sales, engagement, retention and operational performance and related customer behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and growth
  • Develop ad hoc and production dashboards, reports, visualizations, and other analyses to monitor key performance indicators and identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
  • Query, prepare, explore, and leverage data sourced from our digital analytics platform, internal data warehouse, and production platforms to synthesize actionable insights and inform business decisions
  • Segment and model prospects, customers, and related behavior through advanced analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Experience in B2C environments with a focus on consumer analytics, including customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value optimization
