Summary
Join Airbnb's Channel Communications team as a Consumer & Entertainment Social Manager and help deliver engaging social media campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter/X. You will support high-impact social campaigns, design social-forward programming rooted in pop culture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses 6-8 years of social media experience, a Bachelor's degree, and deep knowledge of social media strategies. This US-remote eligible position requires excellent communication and attention to detail, a passion for pop culture, and experience managing multiple stakeholders. Requirements
- 6-8 years experience in social media work
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Deep knowledge and expertise in executing creative and innovative social strategies across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter/X
- Experience in supporting highly visible social media campaigns
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A passion for pop culture and trends
- Experience working with and managing multiple stakeholders
- Working knowledge and familiarity with social listening and measurement tools like Sprinklr
Responsibilities
- Support high visibility, high impact social campaigns to achieve global communications goals across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter/X
- Assist in the design and development of social-forward programming rooted in pop culture
- Assist in the development of internal and external documents such as social briefs, go-to-market plans and presentations that relay social strategies and tactics to leadership and cross-functional partners
- Brainstorms and provides creative thought leadership on campaign concepts in partnership with the Social Lead
- Collaborates with Marketing, Production, Influencer and International teams, to ensure campaigns launch seamlessly
- Manages deadlines and timelines to ensure the team is hitting key milestones for each social campaign launch
- Keeps up to date with social trends and best practices to help inform the social approach for social campaigns
- Brings new methods and strategies for success to the table with confidence to present and execute successfully
- Monitor, tracks and analyzes managed social campaigns, leveraging thoughtful and impactful data-led insights to inform future approaches
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with celebrity talent is a plus
- Experience merchandising and presenting plans to leadership
