Requirements

• Medicare experience or experience working with seniors
• Sales or Direct Sales Experience
• Sales Mindset with a Disciplined Attitude for Success!
• Call center or Customer Service experience
• A working computer, webcam, headset
• Solid Internet Connection Speeds
• Functional and efficient Work From Home Setup
• A people-oriented attitude
• Minimum 30 hours per week (up to 40 hours)

Responsibilities

• Engage in conversations with seniors, helping them review Medicare plan coverage and options
• Connect seniors with licensed benefit advisors
• Field inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling)
