Summary

Join GOAT as a Content Associate and contribute to our content and brand marketing efforts. You will work with the Content team to produce digital editorial content, from ideation and outreach to production and publication. Responsibilities include managing the editorial calendar, researching and licensing imagery, building a talent network, and liaising with stakeholders. You will also ideate features, create visual decks, and assist with photoshoots. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in digital media and strong project management skills. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media, social media, communications or marketing at a publication, in-house or equivalent experience
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects under tight deadlines
  • An individual who understands culture and is constantly seeking what’s new in fashion, technology and social media
  • A positive attitude and lack of ego are a must. We support team collaboration, idea sharing and mentorship. We work hard to do good work together
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Content team to build strategic content initiatives based on campaigns, seasonal moments and cultural movements
  • Manage and adhere to a strict editorial content calendar across all GOAT channels (Editorial, Social, GOAT.com, Styles Tab, App Merchandise Feed etc.)
  • Research imagery for editorial features, obtaining licenses or approval from copyright holders
  • Leverage your existing talent network to create new storytelling opportunities with creatives, musicians, artists, designers etc. Continue to build and manage a global talent network of creatives, photographers, writers, stylists etc
  • Arrange asset creation, delivery and revisions with contributors for interviews, photoshoots, profiles etc
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders across teams for approval on copy, imagery and merchandising
  • Work cross-functionally with Design, Social/EIM, Merchandising and Growth to ensure full alignment of all marketing efforts
  • Ideate editorial features for digital and print, with a focus on fashion, sneakers, culture, design and art-centric topics
  • Create and articulate concepts in the form of visual decks shared cross-functionally amongst team members
  • As needed, write and edit copy adhering to GOAT’s tone of voice, copy style and conventions
  • As needed, assist on photoshoots, obtain artist approvals, and draft call sheets, shoot logistics and release forms
