You will create and maintain training plans for various technologies (Windows, Linux, Cisco, Networking, or DevOps), design effective learning experiences, and conduct ongoing research and development to enhance learning. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills in networking, operating systems, cloud computing, and scripting, along with excellent writing and communication skills. Requirements

• Networking: Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), routing, switching, firewalls, and network security
• Operating Systems: Proficiency with Linux, Windows Server, and other relevant operating systems, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Cloud Computing: Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, including infrastructure management and cloud services
• Scripting: Ability to automate tasks and manage infrastructure using scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Strong time management and organizational skills; attention to detail and initiative
• Professional experience with technical or academic writing, particularly in a digital format

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a high-level plan for web-based or live training on a variety of technologies, including one or more of the following: Windows, Linux, Cisco, Networking, or DevOps
• Create effective learning experience based on the learning plans that will achieve an ultimate end goal for the learner
• Design and review instructional content in addition to assessment questions
• Conduct on-going research and development on specific discipline areas and utilize this information to enhance the learner’s learning experience
