Requirements

• Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
• Passion for creating content and engaging with audiences on social media
• Comfortable recording and appearing in videos
• Proficient in video editing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other video formats
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative content ideas
• Record, edit, and publish videos that align with our brand voice and marketing strategy
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement on social media platforms
• Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts and tracking performance
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and help grow our social media presence
• Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in content creation and social media marketing
• Conduct research on competitors and industry leaders to gather insights and inspiration

Preferred Qualifications

Basic understanding of social media algorithms and best practices is a plus
