As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive content strategy with the overarching objectives of enhancing brand visibility, increasing engagement, and generating leads.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of content marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success in crafting engaging and tailored content for specific target audiences to drive meaningful engagement
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills demonstrated through a portfolio featuring a diverse range of content types, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns
  • Proficient in utilizing analytics tools to measure content effectiveness and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in A/B testing and optimizing content based on performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills enabling effective work with internal teams, external partners, and subject matter experts
  • Demonstrated ability to distill complex information into clear and compelling messages
  • Expertise in crafting and executing multichannel content distribution strategies, encompassing social media, email marketing, webinars, and partnerships
  • Experience with content creation across earned, owned and paid channels

Responsibilities

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of business objectives, target audience preferences, and industry trends to inform a holistic content strategy
  • Implement robust analytics solutions to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and iterate content strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Prioritize gathering detailed market research and customer insights to create targeted, relevant content that resonates with specific audience segments
  • Establish a content calendar with a diverse mix of content types while maintaining a cohesive brand voice and messaging across all materials
  • Develop personalized content pathways aligned with the buyer's journey stages to guide leads through a tailored and impactful experience
  • Implement a strategic and coordinated approach to content distribution, ensuring a presence across relevant platforms such as social, email and web to maximize visibility and engagement
  • Closely collaborate with the revenue marketing team to align content initiatives with broader campaigns, ensuring a unified and consistent brand message
  • Establish regular communication channels with product managers, sales teams, and subject matter experts to remain informed about product developments, industry trends, and valuable customer feedback
  • Implement efficient content creation workflows, emphasizing collaboration and adherence to deadlines to streamline the production process (ideation and research to drafting, editing and final publication)
