Summary

Join Shares.com, a rapidly growing online trading platform, as a high-output Content Creator. You will be responsible for creating a large volume of short-form videos and static visuals monthly using AI tools. This role demands proficiency in various AI platforms like Runway, Midjourney, and CapCut. Success requires turning trends, scripts, or data insights into engaging content quickly and at scale. You will collaborate with marketing and strategy teams, monitor content performance, and ensure content remains fresh and relevant. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of AI tools and excels in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Proven ability to produce large volumes of quality content consistently (please share your portfolio!)
• Deep understanding of AI tools in the creative space-e.g., Runway for video, Midjourney for visuals, ElevenLabs for voice, etc
• Strong editing and storytelling skills across formats and channels
• Experience with rapid content iteration based on performance data
• Self-starter who can manage their own pipeline and hit deadlines without micromanagement
• A creative eye, a growth mindset, and a bias for action
• Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)

Responsibilities

• Create high volumes of short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using AI editing and generation tools
• Design eye-catching static visuals for use on Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other platforms
• Turn briefs, scripts, or raw materials into engaging, platform-native content-fast
• Use AI tools to automate, accelerate, and enhance every stage of the content pipeline
• Collaborate closely with our marketing and strategy teams to align content with brand tone, trends, and performance goals
• Monitor trends and formats across platforms to ensure content is always fresh, relevant, and engaging
