Summary
Join our client, a mission-driven organization, as a Content Creator to develop engaging digital content for social media and marketing campaigns. This hybrid, fully remote role (9 AM - 5 PM EST) blends video editing, social media graphic design, and AI-powered content optimization. You will craft compelling narratives, build asset libraries, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams. Success involves creating diverse and engaging content, optimizing social presence, and maintaining an efficient workflow. The ideal candidate possesses strong visual storytelling skills and experience with relevant software.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in video editing, content creation, or social media design
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere for video editing and Canva, Figma, or similar for social media graphics
- Strong visual storytelling and composition skills for both video and graphic content
- Ability to create engaging and optimized digital content for social media and marketing purposes
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration and content accuracy
- Creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for visual content creation
- Organized and efficient in managing assets and templates
- Adaptable and versatile, comfortable switching between video editing and social media content creation
Responsibilities
- Edit and enhance raw assets into high-quality video content for various formats, including reels, long-form videos, and shorts
- Create static images and social media graphics using tools like Canva or Figma to support brand messaging
- Build creative templates and develop a library of reusable assets for streamlined content production
- Craft compelling narratives through engaging visuals that align with the brandβs mission and tone
- Adapt both video and static content for different digital platforms and optimize using AI tools, ensuring maximum engagement and performance
- Assist in developing branded content for social platforms, ensuring consistency across various channels
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to align content with broader campaign strategies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using AI tools to enhance and optimize content for engagement and performance is highly advantageous
