In this 100% remote, part-time role (5 hours/day, flexible morning/afternoon hours, Monday-Friday), you will create engaging content for internal audiences across various digital channels. Responsibilities include writing and publishing content, conducting SEO research, promoting content on social media, and collaborating with internal teams. Success requires proven experience in content creation, internal communications, and project management, along with excellent writing and editing skills in Spanish and English. Requirements

• BSc in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a content creator, copywriter, or similar
• Experience generating content for internal communication
• Project management experience is a must
• Portfolio of published articles. (Spanish or English)
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Spanish and English
• An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces
• Time-management skills
• Familiarity with SEO

Responsibilities

• Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
• Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
• Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
• Identify audience's needs and recommend new topics
• Organize and coordinate internal teams to generate content per area
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
• Measure web and social media traffic to content and generate reports on various metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Graphic design experience
• Knowledge of corporate social responsibility
