Requirements

• Graphic Design (2+ years): Skilled in creating branded visuals for social media, email, and ads
• Social Media Content Creation (2+ years): Experienced in producing engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Video Editing (2+ years): Proficient in editing short-form videos using tools like Premiere or CapCut
• Email Marketing Design : Able to design visually appealing emails, preferably using Klaviyo
• Creative Branding (2+ years): Strong eye for design consistency and turning concepts into polished assets

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, merchandise, and event promotions
• Create content (reels, carousels, stories, ads) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
• Edit short-form videos for social media and promotional use
• Develop ad creatives for paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Support email marketing by designing and formatting campaigns in Klaviyo
• Collaborate with the founder on creative direction, campaign planning, and brand consistency

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for Music & Events: Interest in electronic music, nightlife, or festival culture
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Basic skills in After Effects or similar tools
• Familiarity with Ad Platforms: Understanding of Facebook Ad Manager creative specs
