You will be responsible for transforming long-form content into viral social media content, building data-driven systems to scale content creation, and maintaining a killer editorial calendar. This full-time position offers the freedom to work remotely or from offices in Dubai or Lisbon. You will report to the VP of Marketing and play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's voice and achieving massive scale. The ideal candidate is a creator first, data-lover second, and brand-builder always, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. Requirements

  • A proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Ability to identify high-leverage content from long-form sources (seminars, webinars, testimonials, programs) and repurpose it into engaging short-form formats for social platforms
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent writing, editing, and designing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in basic video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Descript, or AI tools like Opus Clip)
  • Capable of editing short vertical video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with fast turnaround times
  • Skills in creating scroll-stopping carousels, quote graphics, and other Instagram-first visual content using tools like Canva, Figma, or Photoshop
  • Eye for typography, layout, and visual clarity
  • Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Metricool, Later, or native platform analytics) to track performance and iterate based on insights
  • Self-driven and able to own the content creation process end-to-end—from ideation to publishing
  • Constantly scanning trends, formats, and platform updates to keep content innovative and culturally relevant
  • French and English fluency

Responsibilities

  • Transform long-form content (seminars, webinars, testimonials, programs) into short-form, high-impact content for various social media platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram Reels, carousels, quote visuals, LinkedIn posts)
  • Create short-form, high-impact pieces for Twitter/X, then repurpose them into Instagram Reels, carousels, and quote visuals
  • Extend content to LinkedIn by ghostwriting posts for David Laroche that stay on-brand and spark conversation
  • Maintain a killer editorial calendar (using Metricool) aligned with overarching content objectives
  • Test, iterate, and evolve content creation strategies; design smart systems to identify and leverage successful approaches
  • Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, clicks, shares) and extract actionable insights to guide content decisions and systematize successful processes
  • Test variations in hooks, visuals, editing, and tone to relentlessly optimize content performance
  • Document and systematize learnings into scalable frameworks
