Requirements
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
- Experience working on projects and handling them in a professional manner (internship or full-time role)
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy in execution
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment

Responsibilities
- Process and implement content requests through our ticketing system (Jira) and update content in our apps via the CMS platform: Backstage
- Manage project onboarding forms, conduct initial project setup, and handle data processing tasks using tools like Excel and Photoshop
- Review and test uploaded content directly on our app to ensure accuracy and quality
- Communicate the status and completion of requests to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in German or French is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop is advantageous
