Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
• Experience working on projects and handling them in a professional manner (internship or full-time role)
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Process and implement content requests through our ticketing system (Jira) and update content in our apps via the CMS platform: Backstage
• Manage project onboarding forms, conduct initial project setup, and handle data processing tasks using tools like Excel and Photoshop
• Review and test uploaded content directly on our app to ensure accuracy and quality
• Communicate the status and completion of requests to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely delivery

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in German or French is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop is advantageous
