Requirements

  • Business or public health student (undergraduate or postgraduate)
  • Proficient in the use of the Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Proficient in Python, R, with the willingness and eagerness to learn Javascript
  • Proven ability to be a hands-on team player where no task is too small
  • Outstanding ability to prioritize and multitask with attention to detail
  • Analytical mindset that can delve deep into metrics and data to find the narrative behind the numbers
  • Passion for the healthcare industry and how that relates to innovation and technology
  • Works well independently, detail-oriented, and exceptionally organized
  • Great communication skills, both in writing and speaking

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the content pipeline and enhancing existing content to ensure high quality
  • Aid in building better processes and optimizing existing ones for content development and management
  • Work with various internal and external stakeholders to create new content as needed
  • Collaborate in a matrix environment to obtain buy-in and manage projects to completion
  • Obtain a first-hand look at clinical operations and develop plans on how to drive increased utilization and value across the platform
  • Identify strategies for product growth and execute plans to achieve growth goals
  • Communicate on a regular basis with clinicians and senior management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Live/work in or near New York City a plus, but remote is possible
  • Startup and/or healthcare experience is a plus
