Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in content marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS
  • Leadership: Experience managing a content team of either freelancers or in-house hires, including writers, editors, and designers
  • Content Mastery: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a deep understanding of how content generates demand and closes leads
  • SEO & Analytics: Proficiency in SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and content performance tracking tools
  • ROI Focus: Understanding of how content marketing fuels demand generation, pipeline growth, and lead conversion
  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaboration: Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and demand generation
  • Tech Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals, customer journey stages, and demand generation initiatives
  • Establish Ecovadis as a leading voice in ESG for enterprise clients – creating original content such as whitepapers, research reports, and blogs
  • Lead SEO-focused content initiatives, optimizing for search engine rankings and increasing organic traffic
  • Work cross-functionally to distribute content via email marketing, the website, paid campaigns, and sales enablement
  • Define and track key content performance metrics, using data insights to refine and improve strategy
  • Manage external content writers, designers, and video producers as needed to scale content production
