Responsibilities

  • Leverage content to build brand love and a community of passionate brand fans
  • Grow social following and engagement
  • Boost organic site traffic
  • Enable strong WOM/sharing through bold, creative experimentation
  • Steer the ship, collaborating with the in-house creative team to create thoughtful, groundbreaking, and hilarious content
  • Own and evolve the content strategy
  • Ensure the team consistently delivers on-brand, engaging, and share-worthy ideas and execution
  • Identify unique ways to respond to cultural moments, taking ideas from conception to launch
  • Translate content strategy into testing plans for platforms like TikTok
  • Develop creative briefs for campaigns
  • Analyze monthly metrics and translate them into actionable insights
  • Develop scenario plans about brand implications of potential events (e.g., US TikTok ban)
