- Own and scale content channels
- Understand how to optimize each platform to its full potential
- Stay ahead of trends and constantly push the envelope
- Have experience building, shaping, and leading a content team
- Be able to inspire the team to create thoughtful, impactful content
- Help develop the Content function within the Creative team
Responsibilities
- Leverage content to build brand love and a community of passionate brand fans
- Grow social following and engagement
- Boost organic site traffic
- Enable strong WOM/sharing through bold, creative experimentation
- Steer the ship, collaborating with the in-house creative team to create thoughtful, groundbreaking, and hilarious content
- Own and evolve the content strategy
- Ensure the team consistently delivers on-brand, engaging, and share-worthy ideas and execution
- Identify unique ways to respond to cultural moments, taking ideas from conception to launch
- Translate content strategy into testing plans for platforms like TikTok
- Develop creative briefs for campaigns
- Analyze monthly metrics and translate them into actionable insights
- Develop scenario plans about brand implications of potential events (e.g., US TikTok ban)
