Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content management, marketing copywriting, or a related field
- Strong editorial skills with a sharp eye for detail and brand voice alignment
- Proficiency in working with ChatGPT or similar tools for content generation
- Native or near-native proficiency in English is required
- Comfortable working in a flexible environment with variable workloads
- Collaborative and communicative, able to work across multiple teams
- Creative thinker with a knack for witty, engaging content
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, or similar), Webflow, SEO research tools (Ahrefs, etc.), and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Review and approve blog content to ensure it meets brand and content guidelines. Provide constructive feedback and edits as needed
- Collaborate on paid ad copy to drive performance and maintain brand consistency
- Write or refine top-level product messaging for new features and other marketing materials as needed
- Create captions and posts for our social platforms, ensuring the dry, humorous tone aligns with our brand
- Coordinate with internal teams to maintain a steady flow of posts
- Review influencer content and work with influencers to ensure videos accurately represent the brand/product and adhere to brand guidelines
- Use ChatGPT to draft content AI-generated copy for tone, accuracy, and impact
- Generate content for various marketing & product-related tasks, such as landing pages, email copy, video scripts, in-app messaging, and brand messaging as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2C marketing and product copy is highly preferred
- Familiarity with SEO principles and content best practices
