Summary
Join MoCaFi as a Freelance Content Manager and help amplify our brand's voice across social media platforms. You'll play a key role in leveraging MoCaFi's content on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, developing engaging content that drives awareness and community engagement. This role requires a passion for storytelling, content strategy, and social media trends, and you'll work directly with the Content and Community Manager to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms. Requirements
- Strong writing skills with a clear, engaging, and brand-aligned voice
- Experience using TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn for brand storytelling
- Some proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for simple content creation
- Ability to analyze and interpret social media analytics to improve engagement
Responsibilities
- Curate, repurpose, and manage MoCaFiβs digital content for social platforms
- Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and micro-blogs that align with MoCaFiβs mission and tone
- Design simple social media graphics using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools
- Help develop and execute a TikTok and Instagram Reels strategy, keeping up with trends and best practices
- Monitor social engagement and performance analytics to optimize content strategy
- Work with the Graphic Design Assistant to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, financial literacy content, and fintech marketing best practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in financial empowerment and community-driven storytelling
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field
- Students from Kean, Rutgers, NJIT, Parsons, or FIT are encouraged to apply
