Content Marketing Lead

Summary

Join the Everclear team as a Content Marketing Lead and contribute to increasing awareness, educating key audiences, and positioning the brand as a category leader in the web3/DeFi space.

Requirements

• 5+ years in writing and/or content marketing, including at least 2 years in the web3/DeFi space
• Skilled in long-form-form content creation with the ability to write for both web3 retail (degens, traders) and enterprise/regulated audiences
• Demonstrated expertise in using analytics tools to drive strategy and optimize performance
• Experience working across fast-paced environments with both technical and creative teams
• Understanding and passion for crypto-native culture and the dynamics of DeFi
• Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively under pressure, and clearly communicate the impact of content initiatives

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking owned content strategy tailored for the web3/DeFi space, targeting both consumer and institutional audiences
• Ideate, create, and distribute compelling long-form content to engage different target audiences, from degens to institutional clients
• Use content analytics and SEO tools to experiment, track performance, and iterate on content strategies based on data
• Proactively identify and stand up new channels to reach and engage untapped audiences
• Collaborate with designers to create eye-catching static and dynamic visuals
• Work cross-functionally to amplify and curate ecosystem-related news to increase Everclear’s brand presence
