Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in a B2B content marketing
  • Content creator mindset with an understanding of repurposing content across numerous mediums and channels
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills and experience producing robust, integrated content marketing campaigns/assets in a variety of formats
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in fast SaaS/B2B environments (ideally at a startup)
  • Familiarity with software like HubSpot/Marketo, Semrush/Ahrefs, Webflow, and other martech tools – you’re keen to analyze and optimize the impact of your content (i.e., which pages are driving sessions and audience growth)
  • You stay current on content and SaaS marketing best practices, and how the playbooks are evolving
  • Strong ability to interview and navigate subject matter expert relationships to extract compelling insights and distill the resulting topics for a sophisticated audience
  • A general understanding of how sales teams work and what incentivizes them
  • Track record of creating high quality, impactful content that stands out

Responsibilities

  • Execute content initiatives against the themes and pillars that our audience is interested in and collaborate with internal subject matter experts in the process
  • Execute on and optimize content operations, including processes for content repurposing and identifying ways to amplify and expand the impact of existing assets
  • Craft high-converting copy and content for larger quarterly content launches (landing pages, events, sales enablement), managing the production of anchor pieces from ideation through execution with internal and external partners
  • Execute on social media and brand marketing strategy to grow Forma’s presence online and help create a brand people love
  • Support other marketing functions with copywriting needs (event descriptions, landing page copy, social copy, sales collateral, etc.)
  • Ghostwrite for executives on our blog, in major media publications, and on social media
  • Execute on SEO strategy to increase search visibility and traffic for priority terms and key webpages
  • Integrate content themes throughout the buyer journey and our existing channels – website, email, social, etc and continually iterate on our approach to improve quality and impact over time
  • Analyze and report on the impact of our content in brand building and demand generation efforts
