Responsibilities
- Lead Premium Content Creation: Develop and manage content offers across HubSpot’s key channels, including YouTube, newsletters, and blogs, with a focus on engaging entrepreneur, sales, and business growth audiences
- Execute Multi-Channel Strategy: Coordinate impactful content across multiple platforms, leveraging data and analytics to track performance and refine strategies
- Enhance Resource Value: Elevate the quality of resources by incorporating original research, creator partnerships, and new, engaging content formats that stand out
- Align with Strategic Insights: Use data-driven editorial strategies informed by audience insights to focus on high-demand topics and trends, ensuring content resonates with target segments
- Identify Market Gaps: Continuously assess the competitive landscape to identify unmet needs in resources, enhancing the brand’s positioning
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with writers, editors, and producers to ensure a seamless transition from editorial content to conversion-focused offers, creating a cohesive user journey
