As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will report to the Content Marketing Manager and create sales and marketing content to generate brand awareness and leads. You will be a key contributor to a small, fast-moving marketing team, writing a weekly newsletter, ghostwriting LinkedIn content, creating case studies, and supporting sales with various materials. This role requires a post-secondary degree in a related field and 2-3 years of writing experience. You should be obsessed with well-written copy, humble, coachable, curious, proactive, collaborative, accessible, responsive, diligent, flexible, and adaptable. Requirements
- A post-secondary degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of writing or content creation experience (in-house, freelance, or agency)
- Ability to understand our audience’s challenges & motivations and speak their language
- Skilled at leveraging AI/LLM technology to accelerate and enhance productivity
- Obsessed with the written word - You understand the power of well-written copy and its potential to inform, instruct, and influence
- Humble, coachable, and curious - You’re hungry to learn and you take feedback well

Responsibilities
- Write and publish our weekly company newsletter to our email list
- Interview our executive team and ghostwrite LinkedIn content (3x/week)
- Interview team members and clients to create case studies and client success stories
- Support the Sales process with slide decks, one-pagers, and other enablement copy
- Help build and evolve our website content to reflect our brand positioning, service offerings, and thought leadership
- Jump in on other writing projects that support brand, marketing, and revenue goals
