Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven hands-on experience in paid advertising, Google Ads, social media ads, SEO, and performance marketing
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO platforms
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Paid advertisement strategy & execution
  • SEO and SEM expertise
  • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) knowledge
  • Social media advertising across multiple platforms
  • Data analysis and performance reporting

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Plan and implement SEO and innovative GEO strategies to boost organic and paid search visibility
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize conversion rates and cost-efficiency
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and experimentation to refine targeting and creatives
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns with business objectives
  • Manage advertising budgets to ensure effective, measurable spending
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging technologies
