Content Producer

Summary

Join Keypath Education Australia as a dynamic Content Producer to develop, write, and deliver content for university partners. This role requires strong copywriting, editing, content marketing, and project management skills. You will develop and execute multi-platform written content, proofread and edit content, craft content briefs, and collaborate with a cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will use competitor analysis and audience research to develop effective content strategies and implement innovative approaches. This position offers flexibility to work remotely, hybrid, or in-office.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in content production, marketing or a related field
• A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of content formats and production processes
• Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Trello, Asana)
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and be an Agile advocate

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-platform written content, including but not limited to websites, brochures, presentations, email funnels, course guides, paid media ads, organic social media and video scripts
• Proof and edit content for other members of the Creative Services team
• Craft comprehensive content briefs for diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with a cross-functional Agile team of designers, marketing specialists, SEO and PPC managers to deliver excellent copy that meets brand guidelines
• Use competitor analysis, industry insights and audience research to develop effective content strategies
• Implement innovative approaches to content creation, including the integration of AI tools
• Contribute to a team culture of creativity, collaboration and life-long learning

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in generative AI tools highly regarded (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney)
