CRM Content Producer

Summary

Join Raketech, a leading iGaming affiliate and performance marketing company, as a CRM Content Producer - Japanese Speaker! This role involves planning, managing, and operating campaigns and promotions, managing CRM channels (LINE, Newsletter, X, Membership), creating and updating content, and analyzing data for improvements. You will collaborate closely with the CRM Lead and other teams. The ideal candidate is a native Japanese speaker with business-level English, experience in content creation or CRM, and a proactive attitude. This is a fully remote position, with an office available in Malta for those residing there.

Requirements

• Native Japanese speaker or equivalent proficiency (N1 level or higher)
• Working proficiency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds and professional rank
• Ability to produce high-quality content with attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a strong and proven ability to get things done
• Proactive attitude and ability to learn and handle new things

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and operate all campaigns and promotions
• Communicate internally and externally with relevant teams
• Manage and operate all CRM channels (LINE/Newsletter/X/Membership)
• Create and update content for campaigns and promotions
• Analyze CRM-related data and come up with suggestions for improvement and enhancement
• Assist other tasks related to website content production

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content writing or CRM-related work
• WordPress experience
• Experience in (commercial) SNS management
• Experience working in the iGaming industry
• Experience with Excel functions and data analysis
• Available to work +/- 2 hours CET
