Summary

Join Power Digital as a Content Producer and become the creative lead for multiple TikTok accounts, producing high-quality video content. You will collaborate with Paid Strategists to develop creative ad formulas and roadmaps, ensuring a strong test strategy is implemented. Leveraging your expertise in direct-response advertising and TikTok, you will script and produce engaging videos, provide feedback to content creators, and utilize AI technologies to optimize processes. This role requires 3 years of video experience and 2 years of direct-response advertising experience. Requirements

  • 3 years of video experience
  • 2 years of relevant direct-response advertising experience
  • Understanding of TikTok platform
  • Hit $23k in RPE
  • Below 10% Client Churn Rate
  • Range of the number of accounts 8-10
  • Deliver high-quality content during design through all phases of marketing projects
  • Delivering each stage of the creative process on time, within the projected timeline
  • Drive ideation, strategy & implementation of TikTok content creation

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the creative lead for 6 or more TikTok accounts and 50 or more videos a month
  • Work closely with the Paid Strategist to build strong Creative Ad formulas and creative roadmaps
  • Ensure a test strategy and hypothesis is implemented into the videos creatives and makes creative decisions for next ad deliveries based on performance learnings
  • Script and produce strategic, consumer-centric TikTok videos
  • Kick off pre-production and communicate concepts to the Content Creators involved
  • Be available to speak to the talent and production team in technical terms
  • Review and provide clear and actionable feedback to the Content Creators, and Editors
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
