Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content production for social media, ideally in startups, B2C brands, or mobility services
• Proven track record of managing content across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating remote and local creative teams
• Experience creating offline marketing materials (flyers, posters, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire creative teams
• Adaptability to changing trends and new platforms
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize content
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by delivery drivers

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies tailored for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram Reels
• Lead content production processes: Manage local video operators, collaborate with remote graphic and motion designers, Social Media Manager, and influencers for both organic and paid ads
• Analyze content performance metrics and implement improvements to drive engagement, reach, and customer acquisition
• Create marketing assets for offline promotions, such as posters, flyers, and event materials
• Ensure that organic content efforts directly contribute to customer growth, targeting a monthly increase of 15%+
