  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or a related role
  • Proven experience managing content teams and editorial calendars
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the content team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content
  • Provide direction, feedback, and oversight on team performance and daily operations
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams across all panel functions and brands
  • Partner with the Senior Manager Global Brand & Engagement to execute strategic marketing initiatives both regionally and globally
  • Represent the panel team in external forums such as webinars, interviews, and roundtable discussions, as needed
  • Implement and manage an existing centralized content strategy, ensuring continuity and alignment with brand and business objectives
  • Maintain the editorial calendar across centralized panel brands, ensuring timely, relevant, and engaging content publication
  • Identify content gaps and provide recommendations to improve content relevance and performance
  • Approve and review content assets to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment
  • Produce SEO-optimised, user-focused content that drives engagement and supports lead generation goals
  • Monitor content performance using key metrics (e.g., web traffic, conversions, bounce rate) in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager
  • Conduct keyword research and stay up to date with content trends, SEO best practices, and evolving consumer behaviour
  • Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and visual branding across all channels (websites, email, social media, and video)
  • Uphold and enforce content guidelines, editorial standards, and branding requirements
  • Liaise with freelances and manage monthly reporting and invoicing related to external vendors
  • Support the ongoing development of content tools and platforms
  • Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring content workflows and project deadlines are consistently met

Preferred Qualifications

  • Native English speaker
  • Experience in healthcare, B2C marketing, or global/multi-brand environments
  • Familiarity with content management systems, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and web publishing
