Content Writer

Requirements

• Writing and editing plain language text in digital products (like online forms, apps, or other online services) describing complex government services
• Writing clear, concise documentation on technical systems
• Writing comprehensive code examples in many different programming languages - allowing developers on the platform to get off to a strong start
• Experience utilizing Figma
• Experience collaborating with SMEs, interdisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
• Auditing content and working within complex information architecture
• Ability to carefully follow detailed content style guides and design systems
• Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
• Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
