Requirements
- Proven track record leading, hiring, and shaping strong content teams
- 5+ years of experience in content production, ideally within a tech-focused or SaaS company
- Strong collaboration skills, experience working with cross-functional teams
- A strategic, customer-first thinker capable of independently managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console
- An understanding of whatβs good and bad copy β along with the reasons why (lack of skills, lack of knowledge, wrong sources, process problems, etc.)
- Alignment with Hostinger values - strong ownership, no-nonsense attitude to the team, being able to handle giving and receiving feedback well, and being flexible to change course if necessary
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of tutorials writers providing regular coaching, feedback, performance evaluations, and growth opportunities
- Actively participate in content planning based on individual team member strengths and business priorities
- Ensure written content quality through adherence to deadlines, editorial guidelines, and quality standards
- Collaborate with other writers teams, content SEO, content editors, content localization, and other marketing teams to align content strategies with broader company goals
- Oversee content creation to maintain high standards of clarity, engagement, and brand consistency
- Identify opportunities to refine and enhance existing content to maximize impact and relevance
