Requirements

• Proven track record leading, hiring, and shaping strong content teams
• 5+ years of experience in content production, ideally within a tech-focused or SaaS company
• Strong collaboration skills, experience working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console
• An understanding of what’s good and bad copy — along with the reasons why (lack of skills, lack of knowledge, wrong sources, process problems, etc.)
• Alignment with Hostinger values - strong ownership, no-nonsense attitude to the team, being able to handle giving and receiving feedback well, and being flexible to change course if necessary

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of writers providing regular coaching, feedback, performance evaluations, and growth opportunities
• Actively participate in content planning based on individual team member strengths and business priorities
• Ensure written content quality through adherence to deadlines, editorial guidelines, and quality standards
• Collaborate with content SEO, content editors, content localization, and other marketing teams to align content strategies with broader company goals
• Initiate and manage cross-departmental content projects, including alignment on business goals and execution, as well as your team’s workload
• Oversee content creation to maintain high standards of clarity, engagement, and brand consistency
• Identify opportunities to refine and enhance existing content to maximize impact and relevance
