Summary
Join Pepperstone as a Content Writer (Payroll & HR Documentation) and contribute to creating clear and accurate payroll documentation for employees and stakeholders. This short-term role is ideal for individuals eager to learn and grow in payroll documentation or experienced content writers looking to expand their expertise. You will collaborate with internal payroll specialists and other team members to ensure the accuracy and up-to-date nature of all documentation. This role involves drafting, editing, and updating various documentation, including guides, handbooks, FAQs, and training materials, while ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
Requirements
- A passion for writing, specifically content writing and documentation
- A minimum 2 yearsβ experience content writing preferably in payroll and human resources
- Demonstrated Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new concepts
- Attributes of curiosity, willingness to collaborate across teams and time zones as required
- Highly motivated with a bias for progress and action
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Responsibilities
- Create clear and accurate payroll-related documentation, including guides, handbooks, FAQs, and training materials
- Collaborate with internal payroll specialists and other team members to ensure that all information is correct and up-to-date
- Review and revise existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and readability
- Organise and structure complex payroll concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
- Ensure that all documentation aligns with company standards and complies with legal and regulatory requirements
- Participate in team meetings to learn about payroll processes and contribute to documentation improvements
- Maintain a well-organized library of payroll documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of payroll processes is highly preferred
- A degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
