Join ShiftCare, Australia's leading care management platform, as a Content Writer to contribute to our global content strategy. Collaborate with the Content Marketing & Design Manager to create and optimize content for various platforms, leveraging AI tools for efficiency. You will write and edit various content formats, maintain an editorial calendar, repurpose content, and collaborate with designers. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of writing or content marketing experience (SaaS or B2B preferred), demonstrated AI tool usage, SEO familiarity, and strong writing and editing skills. This role is remote, requiring excellent time management and organization. The position offers the opportunity to grow with a fast-moving company.

Requirements

• 2+ years of writing or content marketing experience (SaaS or B2B preferred)
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, GrammarlyGO, SurferSEO)
• Familiarity with SEO basics, and CMS platforms like WordPress
• Strong English writing and editing skills with great attention to detail
• Highly organised with excellent time and self-management in remote teams

Responsibilities

• Write and edit blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, gated content, and more
• Use AI tools to support ideation, drafting, repurposing, publishing
• Maintain an editorial calendar aligned with business and campaign priorities
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets for social/email
• Collaborate with designers and video editors to bring content to life visually
• Stay on top of competitor content, audience trends, and keyword performance
• Contribute to knowledge bases, product marketing copy, and onboarding flows when needed

Preferred Qualifications

Basic graphic editing in Canva or ability to brief designers clearly
