Summary
Join HubSpot as a Contract Manager and handle all assigned customer contracts, communicating with customers and colleagues to ensure accurate resolution of inquiries and execution of renewals. Manage a high volume of account-related tasks to maximize customer investment. This role offers flexible work preferences (@home, @flex, @office) in EMEA locations. Negotiate renewals and contract changes, collaborate with internal stakeholders to grow accounts, and contribute to the growth of the Contract Management Organization. Establish cooperative working relationships with customers and lead forecasting discussions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, possess strong negotiation and sales experience, and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Are fluent in German, English and ideally one other language

Responsibilities
- Handle all assigned customer contracts
- Communicate directly with customers and internal colleagues to ensure the accurate resolution of customer inquiries and the execution of customer renewals
- Manage a high volume of account-related tasks centered on maximizing customer investment with HubSpot
- Negotiate value-driven renewals and contract changes while ensuring a superb customer experience
- Work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to grow accounts and drive incremental opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Management to execute the contract renewal process and ensure a positive experience for the customer
- Establish cooperative working relationships with customers
- Lead forecasting discussions and pipeline reviews with internal colleagues
- Contribute to the growth of the Contract Management Organization by providing feedback and piloting new processes and playbooks
