Join DataVisor, a leading AI-powered fraud and risk platform company, as a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month full-time contract, potentially converting to a full-time role. You will drive the full-cycle recruiting process for engineering and technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and ideal candidate profiles. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, maintaining data integrity in the ATS, and generating reports. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills, along with 3+ years of recruiting experience in tech or a high-growth environment. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is needed, and the ability to commit to a 6-month full-time contract is essential. The position offers a competitive hourly rate or monthly retainer.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in tech or a high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and the software development lifecycle
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and ATS platforms (e.g. Workable)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to commit to a 6-month full-time contract

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job role requirements, team goals, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for software engineering, data science, DevOps, and other positions
  • Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and culture fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and guide hiring teams through the process
  • Manage candidate communications and ensure a positive candidate experience from first touch to offer
  • Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed
  • Support employer branding efforts as necessary during the contract period

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring across time zones or globally
  • Familiarity with Canadian and/or U.S. hiring regulations
  • Background in scaling early-stage or startup engineering teams
