Summary

Join Arlo Solutions as a Full-Time Senior Recruiter to support our corporate team. You will oversee the full recruiting lifecycle for cleared Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community roles in Cybersecurity, Program Management, and IT Services. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies. You will manage a high volume of candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, and maintain accurate applicant data. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience, including experience recruiting for cleared Intelligence and DoD government contracting roles. The position is remote, full-time, and offers a 40-hour work week.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of high-volume recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for cleared Intelligence and DoD government contracting roles is required
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as, Clearance Jobs, and Indeed
  • Strong knowledge of federal contracting requirements and compliance measures
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, building strong and influential relationships throughout the selection process
  • Recruit for multiple positions simultaneously, managing a high volume of candidates in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job specifications, and priorities for both funded and proposal positions
  • Remain active on job boards, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools to identify high-quality candidates; create and post job descriptions
  • Screen and evaluate resumes, manage candidates through the hiring process, and ensure a smooth interview and offer experience
  • Coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, obtain Letters of Intent, and close offers
  • Maintain accurate applicant data in Greenhouse ATS and other recruitment tracking tools, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a high-change environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support recruitment objectives

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS strongly preferred
