Contracts Specialist Expert

Summary

Join Experian Health as a Contract Specialist and support the Legal and Contracting department. You will draft, revise, and finalize customer contracts, negotiate with customers and third parties, create templates, and update reports and databases. Collaborate with various departments to exceed goals and conduct contract-related research. This role requires 3+ years of legal and contracting experience, including 2+ years in healthcare and experience with Salesforce and APTTUS. A Bachelor's degree or JD is required. • 3+ years legal, contracting process and negotiating experience
• 2+ years' contracting experience within the healthcare industry
• 2+ years' experience with Salesforce
• 2+ years' experience with APTTUS
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide contract drafting, and editing of customer agreements
• Conduct negotiation calls with customers or other third parties
• Help create new templates
• Draft and update reports and contracting database
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and other departments and exceed goals
• Conduct research
